Established Sekisui Pharma Technology (Shanghai) Co.

Polymatech Japan succeeds to the business of Polymatech Corporation through a corporate divestiture.
The company name is changed to Polymatech Japan K.K. at the same time.
2017
Concluded a share transfer agreement with Sekisui Chemical Co.
2018
Company name changed to Sekisui Polymatech Co.
Opened San Jose Office (California, U.S.A.)
Began sales of Sekisui Polymatech products through an affiliated company, Sekisui (Shanghai) International Trading Co.
Started sales of SEKISUI POLYMATEC products through an affiliated company, SEKISUI CHEMICAL (TAIWAN) CO.
Started sales of Sekisui Polymatech products at an affiliated company SEKISUI KOREA CO., LTD.

SEKISUI POLYMATECH AMERICA, LLC established and in operation (Calvert City, Kentucky (in SSCA))
Sekisui Polymatech Europe B.V. German Branch (SPE Germany Branch) was established.
Started production of Sekisui Polymatech products at the Taga Plant of Sekisui Chemical, an affiliated company.
