Establishing a Rapid and Flexible Production System Through In-House Equipment Development
Sekisui Polymatech, we handle everything in-house—from the design of production and inspection equipment to assembly, programming, and installation. Our Equipment Engineering Department utilizes 3D CAD, and our mechanical and electrical engineers draw on their extensive knowledge to handle a wide range of projects.
Through collaboration with the product development department, we manufacture unique equipment in-house to achieve rapid process development. Furthermore, we actively pursue the development of proprietary technologies through in-house production, such as AI-powered visual inspection systems.
