Thermal conductive Grease
CGW™ Series (Gap filler)
■This heat-dissipating grease cures at room temperature by mixing two liquid components.
■ Since it is paste-like when applied, it easily follows uneven surfaces and reduces the load during compression.
■Adhesion reduces contact thermal resistance.
■The use of silicone as the binder provides excellent stability over a wide range of temperatures.
■Contains less low-molecular-weight cyclic siloxane, which can cause contact failure.
■ Variety of material thermal conductivities and hardness, and electromagnetic wave absorption types are available.
Description.
Title of the block
CGW™ series is a two-liquid heat-dissipating grease that is mixed and cured at room temperature. When mixed and applied, it is in paste form, making it easy to follow uneven surfaces of the application area, which optimes thermal resistance.
Title of the block
The binder uses silicone, offering excellent stability in physical and electrical properties across a wide temperature range.
Title of the block
After curing, it is extremely flexible with adhesive properties, providing excellent adhesion and adherence to heat-generating and cooling components and relieving stress caused by differences in thermal expansion variations.
Title of the block
A variety of thermal conductivity and hardness grades, along with electromagnetic wave absorption grades, are available to meet various requirements. Beads can also be added for adjustments to minimum film thickness (BLT.) Please contact us for more details.
Title of the block
The low molecular cyclic siloxane is carefully controlled at a very low level (≦70ppm).
Title of the block
Room temperature storage is possible. No need for refrigerated or frozen storage as is the case with general-purpose one-component curable greases.
Title of the block
CGW™ has no reaction by-products from curing.
Various Characteristics
*Thermal conductivity *1: LW-9389 manufactured by Long Win Science & Technology Corporation; Thermal conductivity *2: T3STER DynTIM manufactured by SIEMENS
*Pot life refers to the time it takes for the viscosity to double immediately after mixing Component A and Component B.
*Shelf life (after manufacture) applies only when stored under the environmental conditions and conditions recommended by our company. Please contact us for details.
*Viscosity measurements for CGW-2, CGW-3, CGW-3LW, CGW-3.6, and CGW-4.5 were taken using a Type B viscometer at 10 rpm.
*The viscosity measurement method for the CGW-6 differs from other products; it is measured using a spiral viscometer at 5 rpm.

Product Introduction
CGW-2
Low viscosity provides excellent applicability and low abrasion, and low specific gravity enables weight reduction.
CGW-3
Low viscosity makes it easy to apply, and its low hardness after curing reduces the load on the application site.
CGW-3LW
Lightweight due to low specific gravity.
Excellent applicability and low hardness even after curing reduces the load on the application site.
CGW-3.6
Low viscosity makes it easy to apply, and its low hardness after curing reduces the load on the application site.
CGW-4
Excellent applicability and low hardness even after hardening relieve stress on the application site.
CGW-4.5
Excellent applicability and low hardness even after hardening relieve stress on the application site.
CGW-6
Excellent applicability and low hardness even after curing,
It also has low hardness even after curing, which relieves stress to the point of use.
