This thermal dissipation sheet offers flexibility and adhesion, with excellent conformity to uneven surfaces.
It reduces the load on heat sources and enclosures.
The sheet minimizes the content of low-molecular cyclic siloxane, which could cause contact failures.
It provides excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, and thermal conductivity.
There are also thermal dissipation sheets available with electromagnetic wave absorption capabilities.
