Manion Series

Utilizing Polymatech's unique magnetic orientation technology, we have achieved industry-leading 50W/MK conductivity, higher than general stainless alloys, by an organic material. Even it has the very high thermal conductivity, it still has silicon base material characteristics to keep handling and reworkability. Also, it has an excellent environment resistance characteristics. It works well in -40 degree to 150 degree condition and has good performance in humid and heat cycle condition as well. Manion series can replace thermal conductive grease which is a typical thermal solution for high heat source such as computer CPUs.
