The “Ru series” thermal conductive sheet uses α-olefin materials, and the “ALMO series” thermal conductive sheet uses TPE materials. These are silicone-free thus contact failure free, unlike those conventional silicone materials.
Also, the thermal conductive sheet has electric insulation, flexibility, flame retardancy, and excellent property for manufacturing and processing.
